1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

You received the wrong product

The item arrived damaged or leaking

The product is defective

You received an incomplete order


To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear pictures or videos as proof.

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Disliking the fragrance after use

Opened or heavily used products

Orders damaged due to customer mishandling


3. Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:

Our team will guide you through the process

The customer may need to return the product first

Replacement will be shipped after inspection


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

The ordered product is unavailable

A replacement cannot be provided

The issue is verified by our support team


Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable
